Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web, mobile, and digital products.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with business and user goals.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI kits.
Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints while optimizing for accessibility and responsiveness.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and user experience best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
